Billy still had the door to the apartment open from when he had brought the last load of things in. He turned towards the door when he heard someone talking, surprised that someone was there at first.
"Oh hey, sorry if I disturbed you" he said as he ran his hand through the mess of hair and pushed it back out of his eyes. "Just getting a few things moved in...." there was a bit of an awkward pause before he continued. "I'm Billy."
